Our inspector is radon certified so all radon tests are performed in house not subcontracted. Due to that fact, we can charge a little less with a faster turnaround. A little extra added to the inspection but will add a huge peace of mind to the purchase of your home.
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer and is natural occurring. Some homes have a normal amount while others have an unsafe amount. This gas is odorless, and no one can detect which is what is so scary about it. Our inspector has even found extremely high amounts of radon gas in apartments. We highly recommend all clients have this checked.
